Vetia Searcy is the Founder and Principal of ILS Corporate Services, LLC and IVS Advisors, with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and real estate transactions. She has worked on all sides of New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) transactions, including as a CDE Consultant, Vice President of Community Development Tax Credits at JPMorgan Chase, and a Project Consultant. Vetia has led the preparation of multiple successful NMTC applications, closed over $467 million in NMTC transactions, and specializes in securing allocation for projects in rural and underserved communities. She is a graduate of Columbia College/Columbia University and an active participant in NMTC panels nationwide.
